In the U.S., addresses are written from the most specific details to the broadest. Here’s the lowdown:
- Recipient's first and last name
- Street number and name (address line 1)
- Apartment or unit number (address line 2)
- City, state, and zip code (all on one line with a comma between the city and state)

All our products ship straight from our USA warehouse. We hustle to get your order out the door ASAP, but we ask for a little patience—1-2 business days to process and ship your goodies. Just a heads up, though: sometimes shipping delays can happen.

Our business days and hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Sometimes, shipping delays can happen. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Remember, the shipping time shown at checkout is just an estimate for delivery after your package leaves our warehouse.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States (US). Sorry, international friends!
Make sure your address on your AI Fashion Mart account is up-to-date! Just click on your account, and you'll be able to correct any mistakes or delete old addresses. Remember, we aren't responsible for orders sent to the wrong address you've provided. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we can't change the address.
Sometimes, we love to surprise you with a free shipping promotion! It can pop up with or without a heads-up and might end just as spontaneously. Eligible orders will ship via USPS or UPS, but this treat is only available for the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Sorry, friends in Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous states and territories – this one's not for you. Here's the full list of excluded areas: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
Returns
We’ve got a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from delivery to send your item back. To qualify, make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. We’re not responsible for return packages that get lost or stolen in transit, so hang on to your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
