Our 30-Day Return Policy: Easy, Breezy Returns!

We've got a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from delivery to send your item back to us.

Return Requirements:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number. We're not liable for any lost or stolen return packages.

Return Process:

• Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your items.
• To start a return, email us at hello@aifashionmart.com. If approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Final Sale Items:

• Headwear (Caps, Beanies, Bandanas, Ski Masks)
• Jewelry

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

• Must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping. Just email us at hello@aifashionmart.com within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  
• Gift cards

Exchanges:

• The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund and make a new purchase.

Refunds:

• We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@aifashionmart.com. Note: Shipping costs are not refundable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers due to:
  • Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
  • Returns of worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
• We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions.

Note:

• Non-AI Fashion Mart items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
