Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at AI Fashion Mart! All orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1 business day, not counting weekends and holidays. Occasionally, carrier delays can happen.
Address Accuracy:
To ensure your package arrives promptly and without issues, please double-check that your address is correct, including all necessary information like street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route info (if applicable). We can't be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
Processing Time:
Every order ships within 1 business day once payment is authorized and verified, not counting weekends and holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day. This applies to both standard and expedited orders. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, not counting weekends and holidays.
Multiple Orders Consolidation:
We automatically combine multiple orders from the same customer and address to streamline shipping and ensure efficient delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please reach out to our customer support team.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you'll be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us, which will be deducted from any credit issued to you.
Free Shipping:
Orders of $50 or more ship free via USPS or UPS within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible.
Delivery Policy:
We aren't responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued for such packages. Ensure you provide a safe and secure shipping address.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll ship the available items and refund the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
We make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, but we reserve the right to require a common shipping and billing address if we cannot process an order or verify an address. We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to irregular or excessive returns history or potential fraudulent activity.
